2. Services

Clean MaMa Cleaning Services provides housekeeping and maid services in our designated service areas.

Service availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, property conditions, and demand.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel service requests when necessary.

3. Estimates and Bookings

Free estimates may be requested through our online form.

All estimates are non-binding and may change upon in-person or photo review of the property.

Bookings are confirmed only after written or verbal confirmation from our team.

4. Use of Third Parties

To fulfill service requests efficiently, Clean MaMa may collaborate with trusted third-party providers, partners, or contractors.

These partners are expected to maintain professional standards consistent with our quality expectations.

Any information shared is used solely for completing or following up on service requests.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information when submitting forms or scheduling.

Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.

Notify us in advance of hazards, pets, special conditions, or instructions relevant to the service.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect pricing or service eligibility.

6. Media Consent (Photos & Video)

By booking and using our services, you authorize Clean MaMa Cleaning Services to capture photographs and/or videos of service areas strictly for:

Quality control and staff training

Marketing and social media content (before-and-after photos)

We respect your privacy:

We never capture or post identifiable individuals, family members, minors, or personal photos.

We avoid photographing personal documents or confidential items.

Media is handled responsibly and securely.

If you prefer to opt out of photo or video usage, you may request this in writing before your appointment.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Liability

While we take great care performing our services, Clean MaMa is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or wear and tear

Items not disclosed as fragile, high value, or requiring special handling

Circumstances beyond our control, including delays or unforeseen events

Customers are encouraged to secure valuables prior to service.

9. Website Use

The content on this website is for general informational purposes only.

Unauthorized use of our forms, images, branding, or content is prohibited.

We do not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Privacy & Data

By submitting a request, you consent to the use of your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering cleaning services and preparing estimates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

12. Referral Program Terms

Clean MaMa offers a Referral Program as a courtesy benefit to clients.

Eligibility

The Referrer must be an existing or previous customer.

The Referral must be a new customer who has never booked with us.

Credit Validation

Credits apply only after the referred customer completes and pays for their first cleaning service.

Credit Value & Redemption

Referrers receive a $10 credit for each successful referral.

Credits may be applied toward future cleanings.

Credits are cumulative and may be combined up to the total service value.

If credits exceed the service cost, remaining credit rolls over to the next service.

Credits are not redeemable for cash.

Limitations

No credit is given for canceled or unpaid bookings.

Credits cannot create a negative balance or payout.

Clean MaMa may verify referral authenticity and may decline or revoke credits if misuse occurs.

Program Modifications

Clean MaMa may update or discontinue the referral program at any time. Accrued credits remain valid for 90 days after any modification.

13. Review Credit Program

To encourage customer feedback, Clean MaMa may offer a $10 credit for posting a genuine review on Google.

Eligibility

Available to customers who have completed at least one cleaning.

Reviews must be based on real experiences and publicly posted.

Validation

Credits are issued only after the review is confirmed. To validate, customers must provide:

A screenshot of the posted review, or

The Google profile name used

Credit Use

The $10 credit applies toward the next cleaning service.

Credits may combine with referral credits.

Excess credit rolls over; no cash refunds or negative balances.

Limitations

One review credit per customer.

No credits for canceled or unpaid services.

Clean MaMa may revoke credits for inauthentic or duplicate reviews.

Program Modifications

We may update or discontinue the program at any time. Validated credits remain usable for 90 days.
